Healthy Palate to Go is here to relieve you of making that sacrifice.  Every week you'll enjoy 30 freshly prepared meals and snacks (breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks each day for 6 days of the week).

Our Ingredients...
We special order many of our ingredients which helps us stay within the guidelines we have established.  With that in mind, here are a few examples of the types of ingredients we use.
  • Meats – Hand trimmed beef, hormone-free antibiotic-free chicken breast, cold water Alaskan Salmon high in Omega-3 fatty acids (never farm raised which contain an excess of Omega-6)
  • Whole Grain Tortillas – These contain not only whole wheat but other whole grains as well, such as ground barley, lentils and flax seeds.  Each tortilla contains a total of 100 calories, 3 grams of fat (none of which are saturated or trans fat), 23 carbohydrates, 13 grams of fiber and 8 grams of protein.
  • High Fiber, Whole Grain Breads – Containing all whole grains, organically grown in the United States. Contains no preservatives, no processed sugar, no added oils or fats.  Each slice (depending on which recipe we use) provides 110 calories, 1.5 to 2.0 grams of unsaturated fat, no cholesterol, 18-21 grams of carbohydrates, 3-4 grams of fiber and 4-6 grams of protein.
  • Low Fat and Fat Free High Protein Greek Yogurt.
  • 100% Natural Whole Grain, Low Glycemic Brown Rice (white rice is never used).
  • Whole Grain Pastas- Made with whole grain wheat, rye, oats, barley, triticale and buckwheat.
  • Ancient Grains – Prepared in their natural whole state providing every nutritious layer of the grain - the bran, germ and endosperm.
  • Chocolate – As an occasional treat, we use only heart healthy dark chocolate which has been sweetened with whole grain malted barley.
  • Cheeses – We shred hard cheeses made with 1% milk and 75% fat free. One ounce of our cheddar cheese contains 60 calories, 2.5 grams fat, 0 carbohydrates and 9 grams protein.
  • High quality imported olive oil in our recipes which call for oil.
  • Fresh fruits & vegetables of every color, lower glycemic new red potatoes & nutrient rich sweet potatoes.
  • Egg whites and fat free egg-substitutes.
  • Peanut Butter – We make our peanut butter from peanuts that have been harvested, roasted, ground, and then pressed to remove most of the fat.  Two tablespoons contains 55 calories, 2.8 grams fat (only ½ gram saturated), 3.7 grams carbohydrate and 4.3 grams protein.
